Intermediate Land Development Engineer - Manukau
The successful candidate will be supported by our Senior Engineers and the Engineering Manager, and be responsible for preparing Engineering calculations (3 waters demands, hydrology and mitigation, pipe flow, overlandflow etc) and report writing to a high standard, AutoCAD drawings, 12dmodelling (roading, earthworks, drainage), construction observation, contract management and other tasks associated with civil engineering projects.
This role is well suited for a technically developing engineer with previous experience in land development.
The candidate should have a good understanding of civil engineering principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
The role would be ideal for a candidate who is eager to learn and enjoys working on a variety of projects as there will be many learning opportunities along the way.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in land development engineering and a relevant engineering degree.
An excellent AutoCAD and 12d knowledge is required, along with a strong knowledge of local land development standards.
You must be a strong communicator with a passion for learning and getting involved in a variety of work.

Office & Client Experience Manager - Manukau
We’re looking for an organised, proactive team member who thrives on creating a welcoming, well-run workplace and a great client experience! You will be the first point of connection for our people, clients and visitors, own day-to-day administration, coordinate facilities and suppliers, help our people and culture initiatives run smoothly, and be the go-to support for the team, enabling everyone to focus on delivering great work for clients.
This role plays a key part in ensuring our offices run seamlessly every day. You’ll manage front-of-house, coordinate office operations and facilities, and provide responsive administration support to the team. You’ll be instrumental in shaping a positive workplace culture – supporting people processes, office events, and creating a professional, welcoming environment that reflects who we are.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in office management, administration, EA/PA, or a similar role. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, and attention to detail. A customer service mindset and confident, professional communication style. Solid experience using Microsoft 365 (including the use of macros) and the ability to learn systems quickly. Proactive ownership—you see what needs doing and follow it through, escalate issues early, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
Desirable (but not essential): basic marketing coordination experience (collateral, contact lists, social posts) and/or recruitment coordination support experience (interview scheduling, candidate comms, onboarding administration)
